- 8+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
- 8+ years of experience in category marketing or sports marketing
- Experience in developing industry-defining campaigns
- Experience in managing IRL and event experiences
- Experience in working with influencers, creators & other industry partners
- Experience in internet culture and marketing to communities
- Problem-solving skills and strong program management skills
- People management experience and ability to lead a high-performing team
- Experience with data analytics tools and storytelling using data
