Join Loyverse Pay as a Marketing Operations Manager to lead GTM efforts in the US, develop a deep understanding of customers and drive product adoption. Responsibilities include leading GTM strategy, understanding the market, driving product adoption, influencing the roadmap, and tracking performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B fintech marketing (preferably product marketing or GTM strategy)
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to synthesize complex product value into clear, differentiated messaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with analytics tools
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and a deep understanding of F&B seller needs
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset and a genuine interest in financial services and small businesses
  • Global Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel internationally to drive business development and partner engagement
