Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, operational reporting, and data-driven decision-making for the Store Care team. This role is responsible for financial analysis, budget preparation, weekly reporting, Power BI development and maintenance, and the preparation of management presentations.

What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst will analyze financial and operational data, prepare and distribute weekly reports, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, and prepare management presentations. They will also conduct monthly business reviews with Handyman and Insourcing vendors and partner with Store Care Managers to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis, business analysis, operational reporting, or a related analytical role
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, investigate variances, and communicate findings accurately
• Experience preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management
• Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting Power BI dashboards and reports
• Ability to extract, manipulate, validate, and report data from business systems; experience with ServiceChannel is preferred
• Proficiency in preparing PowerPoint presentations for management reporting and business reviews
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and commitment to delivering accurate, timely reporting
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn data into practical business insights
