We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Customer Experience & Systems Analyst. This unique role is designed to develop leadership skills while working closely with our Customer Experience Manager, offering a blend of hands-on systems management and strategic developmental responsibilities.
Requirements
- Monitor and resolve errors across all operating systems, including SAP.
- Act as the primary contact for system issues, manage user onboarding, and handle setup for new partners, coordinate system changes and upgrades across the Supply Chain team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Proactively manage customer queries with timely and effective communication.
- Support and co-lead supply chain improvement initiatives and automation projects.
- Prepare data and provide insights for our S&OP+ process and customer planning meetings.
- Participate in high-level customer collaboration, including joint business planning alongside senior managers.
- Oversee the process for finished goods donation and destruction.
- Manage aged, obsolete, and blocked inventory, and collaborate with our charity partners.
- Prepare for and participate in all audits related to Supply Chain systems and processes.
