We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Workforce Management / Reporting team at Mercer, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The BI Analyst will act as a Reporting Analyst for workforce operations, supporting daily and weekly reporting requirements and delivering accurate and insightful reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in Qlik (preferred) or Power BI, including data modelling, dashboards, and visualisations
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query to manipulate and analyse complex datasets
- Strong SQL experience for data extraction and transformation
- Proficient PowerPoint skills for leadership and board-level reporting
- Experience with Power Automate to streamline data refreshes, reporting workflows, and approvals
