We are seeking a Sales Strategy & Insights Analyst to join our Client & Customer Service team at Marsh. This role will be based in Philippines and requires a hybrid work arrangement with at least three days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or Finance, excellent communication skills, and 2+ years of experience in a similar field as a Data Analyst. The role involves analyzing data to prepare compelling proposals, identifying clients’ needs, and developing complex sales presentations.

- Experience using Power BI platform
