Account Manager- Dry

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, leading and directing Account Manager Associates, and providing leadership in the absence of other Account Managers.

What You Will Do

Record details and direction on all loads booked, supervise trailer pools, secure loading and unloading appointments, communicate problems to the Regional Sales Director, and perform routine solicitations with designated accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related business major
• Minimum 2 years in customer service field with direct person-to-person relationship
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Ability to solve problems efficiently
• Computer experience with Windows and Excel or similar programs
