Role Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, handling customer inquiries, load solicitations, and service reporting. They will provide leadership and direction to Account Manager Associates and supervise trailer pools in their market.
What You Will Do
Record details and direction on all loads booked, act as a substitute for other Account Managers, supervise trailer pools, secure loading and unloading appointments, communicate problems to the Regional Sales Director, and perform routine solicitations with designated accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related business major
- Minimum 2 years in customer service field with direct person-to-person relationship

- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to solve problems efficiently
- Computer experience with Windows and Excel or similar programs
