Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at a thriving automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales success by leading both the New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments to achieve daily, monthly, and annual targets for unit sales, gross profit, and F&I performance.
What You Will Do
Set monthly and annual forecasts, establish objectives with sales consultants, conduct daily sales meetings, provide training and development, implement a prospecting program, and review productivity and profit performance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of automotive sales experience, 2 years in a dealership management position, and import experience preferred. The role offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid holidays, and weekly paychecks.
