The Sales Operations Analyst role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in data analysis, a strong command of Salesforce and SQL, and a passion for helping sales teams perform at their best.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data hygiene).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; especially in note taking and task tracking.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical/data requirements.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, generalist mindset and a willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities.
