The Sales Operations Analyst role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in data analysis, a strong command of Salesforce and SQL, and a passion for helping sales teams perform at their best.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data hygiene).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; especially in note taking and task tracking.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical/data requirements.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, generalist mindset and a willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities.
