Role Overview

The Inside Sales Manager is a manager and sales leader responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the inside sales team. This role involves managing inside sales associates, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets branch sales goals as well as performing individual selling efforts.

What You Will Do

The ISM will also provide training and mentoring to new salespeople and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and outstanding customer service.
