Role Overview

Master Works is seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer to design and build scalable data solutions that enable informed business decisions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining robust data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and efficiency across the organization.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for collecting, transforming, and processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Build and optimize data architectures, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, database management, and data architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Arabic: Native proficiency.
  • English: Fluent proficiency.
