Requirements
- Serve as the main technical point of contact during the sales cycle.
- Understand customer business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
- Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Support RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) by preparing accurate and clear technical responses.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Provide customer feedback internally to support product improvements and future development.
- Assist in solution architecture design and technical documentation preparation.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
