Pre-Sales Engineer, Expert

Join our growing team as a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer, helping clients understand how our solutions can solve their business challenges while supporting the sales team in closing opportunities successfully.

Requirements

  • Serve as the main technical point of contact during the sales cycle.
  • Understand customer business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
  • Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Support RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) by preparing accurate and clear technical responses.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide customer feedback internally to support product improvements and future development.
  • Assist in solution architecture design and technical documentation preparation.
  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
