Role Overview
The SME Channel Distribution team is seeking an accomplished Manager, Global Sales Operations & Analytics to lead sales intelligence, performance reporting, and pipeline governance across a complex global organization.
What You Will Do
Define and execute the reporting strategy that enables senior sales leadership to assess pipeline health, opportunity progression, forecast accuracy, and the leading and lagging indicators that drive business performance.

Requirements
- Significant leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a closely related discipline within a complex, global organization.
- Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, KPI frameworks, and sales performance management, with a record of improving commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated success developing enterprise-scale automated reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools, combined with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Proven ability to operate with autonomy, exercise sound judgment, navigate ambiguity, and influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
