Role Overview

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead and own revenue assurance review projects to identify billing leakages and ensure billing completeness and accuracy. The role will perform in-depth analysis of data systems and process flows to identify and resolve root causes of revenue leakage.

The Senior Analyst will lead and own revenue assurance review projects, perform in-depth analysis of data systems and process flows, understand and validate billing logic, and support risk-based prioritization plans for revenue stream reviews.

• Demonstrated success in Revenue Assurance, with the ability to thrive in project-based roles requiring self-initiative and self-motivation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex issues effectively.
• Knowledge on tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Hyperion.
• Structured, proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on process improvement and execution.
• High degree of ownership, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and all management levels.
