Mastercard is looking for a highly talented professional to support critical activities in global marketing operations. The role will provide hands-on operational support across the Global Digital Marketing Operations functions, supporting platforms, reporting, and execution required to keep work moving efficiently and consistently at scale.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing operations, project management support, digital operations, or platform administration roles
- Experience working with Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively and provide strong stakeholder support
- Demonstrable ability to take up stretch assignments, manage multiple priorities at once, and deliver high-quality work in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured, high-quality presentations, training materials, user guides, and operational reports
