Role Overview

The Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement supports Mastercard’s channel sales and partnerships operating model through operational execution, strategic initiative delivery, governance activities, process improvement, partner program administration, and cross-functional coordination.

What You Will Do

The role works across multiple functions to support business initiatives, enable partnership growth, and contribute to the execution of strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery of strategic channel sales and partnership initiatives, executing partner program activities, and contributing to the development and implementation of business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Curious, adaptable, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
