Role Overview

The Global Partnerships team is responsible for cultivating and managing Mastercard’s strategic partnerships with key players across the payments ecosystem. The team works with global players in tech, e-commerce, and financial services to create innovative, differentiated products and solutions that shape the future of commerce.

What You Will Do

Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for a segment of Global Business Platforms, drive commercial success by identifying, structuring and securing high-value and mutually beneficial partnerships with Global Platforms, and build trusted senior executive relationships internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong business development and partnership expertise
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional deal processes end to end
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, paired with sound business judgment and financial acumen
• Broad familiarity with the global payments landscape and adjacent industries
• Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority
• Data-driven problem solver with strong project management and organizational discipline
