Role Overview
The Business Development Leader will drive strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities across government agencies, including the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs, and other Federal sectors. The ideal candidate is a leader with a military background and a proven track record in government contracting, proposal management, and building partnerships that drive revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share, identify and pursue new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and oversee the creation of competitive pricing models and proposals.

Requirements
- 10+ Years of military experience
- 8+ years of experience in government contracting business development
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Strong existing federal relationships and track record of winning contracts ($20M+)
