Financial Planning Analyst

Role Overview

The Finance Development Program is a 2-3 year program designed to provide early career professionals with a broad and well-rounded learning experience to prepare them to be future leaders of Mauser. Participants will experience exponential growth technically, analytically, and professionally across multiple finance disciplines.

What You Will Do

Participants will complete various rotations designed to enhance technical and leadership skills, including exposure to various finance disciplines at a Corporate, Group, and Plant level. They will gain in-depth knowledge of the business, build relationships across the broader finance team, and add value throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Communication skills and presence
• Fast learner and willingness to adapt to change
• Driven to succeed; motivated to grow career at Mauser
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
