Role Overview
Sell, upsell, and cross-sell hearing technologies to existing recipients, utilizing various communication methods. Collaborate with field staff, reimbursement, and customer service.
What You Will Do
Create and process upgrade insurance authorizations, manage upgrades using SalesForce and Insurance Portal, and handle a high volume of calls/emails/paperwork.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Certification
- Experience in sales and/or customer service representing a medical product
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Insurance authorization experience
- Strong customer focused orientation
- Self-motivated and high level of initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient computer Skills
- Ability to handle multi-tasks and field questions
- Competency in both Spanish and English language
