Role Overview

The Senior Manager provides direction to professional and supervisory staff in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Mayo Clinic. The role involves assuring the integrity of financial information, identifying opportunities for increasing financial margins, and participating in strategic planning.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager will translate the Mayo Clinic and departmental vision into meaningful and effective responses and results, establish key performance indicators, and delegate responsibility to staff. They will also manage multiple functions, serve as a resource with oversight, and participate in the identification of opportunities to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate scope of responsibility through complexity and ambiguity
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
