Sales Technology Analyst II

Role Overview

The Sales Technology Analyst II plays a key role in supporting reporting, systems access, and communication for USCPD. This role is primarily responsible for managing reporting activities through Business Warehouse (BW) and TELUS Trade Promotion Management (TPM), including developing and delivering training sessions, tracking KPIs, and troubleshooting system issues.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain reports using BW, TELUS Analytics, and Excel/Analysis for Office to support sales performance, KPIs, and trade promotions. Train new employees and brokers on reporting tools and systems including BW and TPM.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, information systems, or a related discipline, and at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Analysis, Technology, or Communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, information systems, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Analysis, Technology, or Communications
• Capability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and writing abilities
• Strong technical expertise in managing multiple systems and security functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, brokers, and salespeople
