Partner with the Senior Commercial Manager to drive commercial plans and support distributors and operational stakeholders. Work on merchandising, account management, NPD project management, and data analysis. Ideal candidate is commercially astute, proactive, and experienced in operations support or customer management within FMCG or food industry.

Requirements

  • Commercially astute and proactive experience in operations support or customer management
  • Strong analytical capability, confidence working with sales and forecast data, and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfort in managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
  • Ability to drive positive cultural impact
