Role Overview
As a Managing Consultant, MarTech (EMEA), you will own client engagements end to end, holding the relationship, setting the strategy, designing the solution, and delivering it with a team you direct. You will grow the accounts you hold and help win the next ones.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include account ownership, strategy, technical leadership, and hands-on work. You will design the stack architecture, do strategic hands-on work, direct engineers and contract developers, and delegate on purpose.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role exists because splitting a senior consultant into a strategist and a technical lead costs more than it saves, and the accounts that need both do not respect the split anyway. You will be a player-coach hybrid, credible in a CMO’s office and credible in a CDP workspace.
