Sr. Associate AI Automation Specialist

Role Overview

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Associate AI Automation Specialist to build and support reliable automation for cloud-based data pipelines and platform workflows. You will use Python and SQL to orchestrate data processes, automate infrastructure and deployments, and improve data quality, testing, monitoring, and operational reliability.

Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, workflows, and orchestration processes using Python, SQL, and relevant platform tools. Build reusable automation that supports data ingestion, transformation, validation, and delivery across cloud data environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, automation engineering, software development, DevOps, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated programming experience with Python and SQL, visible through professional work, projects, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines, workflow automation, or orchestration solutions.
• Experience using Git and CI/CD practices to test, version, and deploy code.
• Working knowledge of automated testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and secure data-handling practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
