The Specialist, Client Management plays a critical role in advancing the success of our biopharma partners and supporting McKesson’s integrated specialty pharmacy model.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, client/account management, consulting, finance, or program management.
- Experience managing client-facing programs or complex operational workflows.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Visio/Project a plus.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‐through.
