Medica is a nonprofit health plan seeking a Finance Data Analyst III to lead the analysis, validation, and delivery of Commercial employer and broker reporting. The role serves as a subject-matter expert for Commercial reporting data, platforms, and business rules, ensuring high-quality, client-ready reporting for fully insured and self-funded business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, healthcare, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data, including claims and eligibility
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, Power BI, Snowflake or similar analytical tools
- Strong understanding of Commercial healthcare data, reimbursement concepts, and reporting requirements
