Role Overview
Support Business Product Owners and Value Delivery Leadership by ensuring product value is measurable, pilots are operationally supported, and agile execution runs smoothly.
What You Will Do
Maintain dashboards and reporting, provide operational support for pilots, track value measurement data, and coordinate feedback capture.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in related area
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Understanding of how technology products create business value
- Experience working with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile roles, events, and cadences in a scaled environment
- Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple operational workstreams
- Experience creating executive communications and dashboards is a plus
- Experience in change management and lean sigma is a plus
