Role Overview

The Principal Financial Analyst will serve as the primary finance business partner supporting the U.S. Commercial organization, providing financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
What You Will Do
The role will lead revenue forecasting activities, develop scenario models and business cases, analyze sales, profitability, pricing, and margin performance, and support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of finance and/or accounting experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of finance and/or accounting experience
- Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and business performance analysis
- Experience developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and translating data into business recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decision-making
