Role Overview

This role is based at the Medtronic campus in Mounds View, Minnesota and follows an onsite work model with a minimum of four days per week in the office. The team partners closely with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain leaders to translate business strategies into financial outcomes and drive data-informed decisions.

What You Will Do

As a Principal Financial Analyst, you will serve as the primary finance business partner supporting the U.S. Commercial organization. This role is responsible for revenue forecasting, financial planning, scenario modeling, and performance analysis that inform strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of finance and/or accounting experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and business performance analysis.
• Experience developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and translating data into business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decision-making.
