Role Overview

The Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) provides financial leadership across the Surgical Operating Unit, leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management activities. The role partners closely with executive leadership to drive growth, profitability, investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead annual operating planning, long-range planning, forecasting, and monthly financial close processes. Provide executive-level insights on revenue, margin, operating expense, capital investments, and strategic growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, or business finance experience with 7+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, annual operating planning, and business performance management
• Experience managing profit and loss statements and supporting executive-level financial decision-making
• Experience presenting financial results, analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Experience leading and developing teams within a global organization
