We’re building a next-generation AI Services business (MAS) and are looking for a Strategy & GTM Lead to help shape, scale, and accelerate growth. The role will operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and customer insight, owning critical levers that drive revenue and market positioning.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, GTM, or early-stage startups
- Experience in top-tier consulting firms, high-growth startups, or strong operator roles
- Strong academic background from a top institution
- Exposure to AI/ML products, SaaS, or tech-enabled services
- AI-native builder – you’ve built or shipped something using AI (side project, startup, or at work)
- Customer-first thinker – obsessed with solving real problems
- Strong communicator & relationship builder – you enjoy engaging, influencing, and negotiating with people
- Structured yet creative – can break down ambiguity and also think 10x
- Fast and execution-focused – you move quickly and learn even faster
