UI/UX Lead – GTM Tools & Systems

Role Overview

The UI/UX Lead – GTM Tools & Systems is a business-facing technical design leader who translates commercial strategy, user needs, system architecture, and operational standards into a coherent experience across the revenue technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate creates flow-state user journeys that reduce operational friction, improve adoption and data quality, accelerate technology delivery, and increase the time commercial teams can devote to customer-facing activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience in UX/UI design, enterprise application experience, product design, or commercial systems design
• Demonstrated experience improving complex enterprise workflows in Salesforce Lightning and integrated sales technology environments
• Strong understanding of information architecture, workflow design, prototyping, usability testing, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design-system development
• Ability to balance global standardization with regional, functional, product, and role-specific requirements across brands and expansion sales motions
• Experience establishing design documentation, governance standards, user guidance, and repeatable delivery practices
• Salesforce Lightning Design System experience and familiarity with Salesforce configuration and component-based development
• Experience with CRM integrations, CPQ or quoting workflows, sales engagement tools, and multi-application commercial environments
• Experience working within Agile delivery, CI/CD, product management, or enterprise change-management environments
• Familiarity with design collaboration and prototyping tools, behavioral analytics, and AI-assisted design or workflow optimization
