Manager, Finance Operations

Role Overview

The Manager, Finance Operations will lead and oversee back-office finance programs, processes, systems, and controls that improve operational accuracy, scalability, compliance, and financial performance. This role requires a strong technical finance background and hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP expertise.

What You Will Do

Manage Finance Operations activities, own operational oversight and month-end close activities, serve as the functional and technical Finance Operations lead for Oracle ERP enhancements, and translate business and accounting requirements into scalable system and process solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, back-office accounting operations, financial systems, or a related field
• Hands-on functional and technical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including the Subscriptions, Projects, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) modules
• Demonstrated ability to configure, test, troubleshoot, and improve Oracle ERP processes, integrations, reporting, and controls
• Experience managing back-office finance operations and month-end close processes, including reconciliations, billing, receivables, project accounting, and revenue recognition
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition for SaaS, subscription, and professional services offerings
• Experience translating finance and accounting requirements into scalable system designs, process improvements, and user stories
• Proven ability to lead change, manage competing priorities, and coordinate across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Sales Operations, Technology, and external partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Clear, concise, and detail-oriented written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced functional proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and experience with Salesforce and work-management platforms are preferred
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including familiarity with integration touchpoints, data flows, and their impact on Oracle Fusion business processes, is preferred.
