Business Development Specialist – Fintech

Role Overview

Join Mercado Libre’s Fintech business to democratize financial services and meet the needs of 60 million people. As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll lead the business development team and coordinate prepaid product management, manage commercial relationships, and collaborate with IT, CX, and Marketing teams.

What You Will Do

Lead the business development team, manage commercial relationships, collaborate with IT, CX, and Marketing teams, analyze business, identify sources of income and costs, and meet objectives for activating new users, increasing transactionality, and reducing product abandonment.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 6 years of experience developed in similar positions
  • Knowledge of SQL and AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Open AI is desirable
