In this temporary 12 month position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high‐performing Business Development Centre (BDC) team and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong sales outcomes across Finance and Insurance products through omni‐channel customer interactions.
Requirements
- Deliver direct Finance and Insurance sales to both new and existing customers, supporting acquisition and retention outcomes
- Manage re‐finance, insurance renewals and mid‐term non‐hardship finance changes within defined scope
- Nurture and qualify inbound leads and referrals, converting sales where in scope or referring to retailers and Business Managers
- Support the Digital Showroom experience, including customer bookings and online consultations
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers, retailers and internal stakeholders to support evolving direct and hybrid sales models
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, legislative and internal compliance requirements across all customer interactions
- Maintain accurate customer records, system data and file notes to support quality outcomes and future opportunities
