Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a direct customer sales role, ideally within finance, insurance, automotive or financial services
  • Strong omni-channel sales capability and ability to convert leads and close sales while delivering a premium customer experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric, results-driven approach
  • High attention to detail, disciplined time management, and confidence working within a regulated environment
  • Relevant qualifications or training in business, finance, or financial services, with experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) highly advantageous
