Corporate Projects Management, External Affairs & Business Development, Senior Specialist responsibilities include project administration, business development, and external affairs. Assists supervisor in establishing corporate strategies and policies, identifies potential areas of risk, and maintains EA reporting tool.
Requirements
- Administer projects including tracking projects, planning and coordinating project scheduling, and updating project calendar
- Support project staff by facilitating project logistics, taking meeting minutes, and performing basic follow-ups
- Liaise with and update progress to project board/senior management
- Prepare power point presentations in cooperation with projects managers/owners
- Support change & innovation; effectively contribute in influencing others to embrace change and implement outstanding ideas
- Assist supervisor in establishing corporate strategies, policies and plans, and identifying potential areas of risk
- Perform research on various legal issues and document research to edit government affair communications
- Establish and maintain EA reporting tool, follow-up on EA topics, and maintain strong relations to EA colleagues at HQ
