Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist to design realistic, end-to-end data workflows, grade agent performance, and build scenarios involving SQL analysis, dashboard builds, and A/B test design. As a Data Scientist, you will work on warehouse schema design, Airflow/Dagster DAGs, and collaborate asynchronously with a focus on long sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years as an analytics engineer, BI analyst, data scientist, or data engineer
• Working fluency in at least two of: advanced SQL, dbt, warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), experimentation (A/B tests), pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Dagster), metric modeling, Python for analysis
• Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and data decisions step by step
