Financial Analyst

Mercor is looking for a Financial Analyst to design realistic financial workflows for AI model evaluation in finance, grade agent performance, and build scenarios for internal finance operations. The role requires 3+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, buy-side, or Big 4 advisory, or an MBA with a finance concentration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, buy-side, or Big 4 advisory
• MBA with a finance concentration
• Working fluency in financial modeling, valuation, management reporting, long-range planning, capital allocation, and diligence
• Comfortable with operating models, board decks, investment memos, and management reports
• Clear written communication
• Ability to articulate reasoning and decisions step by step
• Comfortable with long-horizon, challenging problem sets
