People Operations Specialist – Fully Remote

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team as a fully remote contract position. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for building long-horizon people-ops tasks, developing scenarios for employee inquiries, and designing HRIS work scenarios.

Requirements

• 3+ years in HR operations or people operations.
• Expertise in HRIS, leave administration, benefits administration, or FLSA classification.
• SHRM-CP / PHR certification.
