The Following Responsibilities Are Awaiting You
- You coordinate customer orders and forecasts, ensuring alignment between distributor demand, inventory availability, and internal planning processes.
- You collect the requested data from the partners/customers to prepare market performance reports to support business decision-making.
- You ensure the accuracy and availability of distributor data, including sell-out, stock, pricing, and forecasting information.
- You maintain pricing lists, databases, reports, and other key business records to support operational excellence.
- You act as a central point of contact between distribution partners and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
- You support product launches, commercial initiatives, and external events in collaboration with internal teams and distribution partners.
- You monitor distributor payment performance and support credit management processes.
- You provide administrative, organizational, and project-related support to ensure smooth business operations.
What We Expect From You
- You hold a degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification and bring 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or business coordination.
- You have experience working within Sales and Marketing environments, ideally in the aesthetics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- You communicate fluently in English and German; additional language skills are an advantage.
- You combine strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a structured and results-oriented way of working.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with business systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
- You take ownership, show initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- You excel at collaborating across functions, building strong stakeholder relationships, and communicating effectively at all levels.
- You demonstrate integrity, resilience, emotional intelligence, and strong time and project management skills.
- You thrive in an international, multicultural environment and are willing to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).
