Growth Marketing Manager, EMEA

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Growth Marketing Manager to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition or engagement
• 8+ years of experience designing and analyzing marketing experiments, including A/B testing and incrementality measurement, to drive data-informed decisions
• Experience using quantitative analysis and marketing data (e.g., campaign metrics, cohort analysis, funnel reporting) to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
• Demonstrated AI fluency — already using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work (analysis, experimentation, content, automation) to deliver faster and better outcomes
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple markets within the EMEA region
• Experience using marketing analytics and attribution platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize towards growth KPIs
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and operations, to deliver integrated growth programs
