Role Overview
The Business Operations Manager (Finance & Analytics) will lead analytical projects across the business, own an area of finance operations, and run the work to build systems that make it reliable and increasingly automated.
What You Will Do
Leading analytical projects, owning a traditional finance domain, automating workflows, and leading cross-functional projects to tackle operational problems.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Strong quantitative undergraduate degree (nice to have: MBA)
- SQL experience strongly preferred (nice-to-have: analytics engineering experience)
- Low-ego attitude: no job should be too small or too large
