Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Business Development to lead the development and execution of our hard franchise (LaDoiPasi Extra) growth strategy. METRO is a global leader in wholesale food and non-food distribution, serving the needs of hotels, restaurants, catering businesses (HoReCa), and independent traders.
What You Will Do
Defines and leads the hard franchise expansion strategy. Supports the development of a scalable value proposition and an appropriate operating model from a retail store concept perspective. Validates the real estate partners and the associated contractual framework.
