Senior Product Operations Specialist

Mews is hiring a Senior Product Operations Specialist to remove friction across their product value stream and elevate product management capability across the organisation.

Requirements

• 4 or more years in a product organisation
• Experience improving broken or unclear processes at scale
• Deep understanding of the full product value stream, from discovery through go-to-market
• Exposure to scale-ups or organisations slightly ahead in their scaling journey
• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, and GTM
• Data-driven mindset with structured problem-solving ability
• Experience with analytics and BI tools, roadmapping platforms and delivery systems
