M&G Global Services Private Limited is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for data extraction, transformation, and loading, as well as data analysis, modeling, and business intelligence and visualization. The role will involve working with business users, product owners, and leadership to understand reporting and analytics needs.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL and workflow orchestration
- Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
