Role Overview

Join HSBC’s International Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Business Development Associate in Ha Noi. Provide critical support to the sales team, process post-application and sales processes, and manage reporting elements to improve efficiency and productivity.

What You Will Do

Provide excellent customer service, support the sales team on SNAG items, and assist with account enquiries and ongoing account maintenance. Act as a customer interface with Service Delivery and maintain HSBC control standards.
