Role Overview

This role is responsible for initiating outbound calls to introduce organization products and services, tailoring sales pitches to customer needs, and qualifying leads. The role collaborates with internal teams, follows up on inquiries, and maintains accurate records while striving to achieve performance targets and enhancing sales skills through training.

Initiates outbound calls to prospective customers, introduces organization products, services, and solutions, and delivers sales pitches tailored to customer needs.

Requires 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field, and a high school diploma or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field
  • Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) certification
